WHAT IS BONDED LEATHER?
Bonded leather is similar to pressboard in it's method of manufacture.
Leather is a great choice for furniture because it’s easy to care for and makes any space feel luxurious. One of the characteristics of leather that makes it so popular is the fact that it is versatile and durable. Genuine leather sits on the higher end of the price point but makes up for it in the years of use you can get out of it. Luckily, there are also some great alternatives if you want the look and feel of leather at a lower price point. Check out these different types of leather:
Genuine Leather
Genuine leather includes all layers of the hide or the second-most layer and corium layers – these materials make suede, top-grain, and full grain leather, leather grades. We’ll explore more below. It is by far the most durable material when compared to other leather types because of its quality construction, unmatched appearance, and long-lasting features. No two hides are the same, making any genuine leather sofa, accent chair, or ottoman you purchase a unique addition to your home.
Faux Leather
If you love the look of leather but are looking for something artificial, opt for faux leather. Faux or imitation leathers are made from chemically-treated fabrics. The fabric itself is dyed to get a similar color and texture to genuine leather. This type of leather is nonporous, which makes it easy to clean but not quite as comfortable as genuine leather. It is budget-friendly, and can still add a luxurious look and feel to your home.
Leather Match
If you want the look of real leather without the price tag, consider leather-match sofas and other furnishings. This type of leather consists of real leather on the front and faux leather on the sides and back of the piece. Leather-match sofas will give you the luxurious look and durability of 100% genuine leather on the seat portion and the budget-friendliness of faux leather on the less visible portions that don't experience the same wear and tear as seat cushions. The result? All the quality seating you could ask for in the areas that count – without breaking the bank!

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM? We have an internal process for handling claims. The best thing you can do to protect your interest is to document via writing and photos as much as possible. Keep all packaging etc.
MOVING DURING THE HOLIDAYS Moving during the holidays is never ideal, but life does not take a break for our personal celebrations. While we do not move on Christmas Day, we will accommodate other days as necessary.
There are items that you may need immediately upon arrival at your new home. To keep track of it, we recommend getting a clear tote and putting it in your car. These are things like medications, next day work clothes, remote controls to tvs etc.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SCREWS FROM MY FURNITURE? Many times beds and other furniture items are assembled with screws or other hardware. We recommend that you have some sealable baggies available to put them in and label them per item (kind bed, queen bed, Mary's bed, Tommy's dresser mirror screws) and so forth.
DO WE MOVE HOT TUBS? We do move hot tubs, but much like safes, we need to know all the details at both locations as well as it needs to be disconnected and empty prior to our arrival.
WE DON'T WORK ON THANKSGIVING SO THAT OUR EMPLOYEES CAN ENJOY THEIR TIME WITH THEIR FAMILIES!! ENJOY YOUR FAMILIES!!
DO YOU MOVE SAFES? I get this question a lot. And yes, we do. But we need to know a lot more about the safe than, "it's heavy"!! Make/brand Model Height Weight Depth Stairs at load address? Stairs at unload address? Going over grass at either address? Will it be empty? Does the door come off? Basically I need to know everything about it so that I can plan and have proper resources.
DO YOU MOVE MOTORCYCLES? We can accommodate moving motorcycles both locally and long distance however we need to schedule this appropriately and well in advance.
DO YOU MOVE INTERNATIONALLY? We do not do international moves but we can prepare the items for shipping for you.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY MOVE? We take most methods of payment. If paying with credit or debit, that can be provided to the office the day before. If it is to be invoiced, that needs to be approved in advance. If paying with cash, that will need to be discussed in advance as well.
